SPR# EECC7UGLJN - The Traditional Chinese dictionary, Simplified Chinese dictionary and XTAF (eclipse based spell checking framework) have been temporarily disabled in 8.5.1 FP1 due to a possible crash or hang on Notes. A fix to this problem is targeted for 8.5.2.
